How does L’Aman Tours website work?
Our website offers information about our mission and the destinations that we offer tours. There are several itineraries that you can choose from which are tailored for groups of less than 12 persons. However, if you wish to have a private tailored tour, you can contact our team and we will propose you a tailored tours based on your needs and our knowledge of the destination. We also offer executive tours, luxury tours, honeymoons, romantic, and family tours. We have a dedicated team of travel experts who usually have been in every step of the country and who keep track of the recent events or experiences that can add value to your trip. You can contact us via email, phone, WhatsApp, chatbox and our team will be ready to answer your questions.
Can the itineraries be adapted or are they set in stone?
Group tours are fixed and they put like-minded people to see the best of countries, however they are different from almost all other tour operators because we work hard to create differentiated tours. If we wouldn’t have the thrill to go on that tour, we wouldn’t send you there. Tailored tours are cusomized based on your skills and experience.
Are tours suitable for children or elders?
Absolutely. Our tours are all suitable for children and elders. However, some of the hiking tours require more physical activity and we may make amandement considering the reqirements of the clients.
Will I need insurance?
We recommend that travellers purchase cancellation, interruption, medical or baggage insurance prior to travel. This is to recover any loss or damage of your personal belongings during trip.
Payment
When will I need to make full payment for my trip?
If you have decided to arrange a trip, we encourage to book as soon as possible, as we do not make reservations in advance. The payment could be made online or by bank transfer in our account. We do not charge any additional fees, however please check with your bank if they charge any additional fees for the transfer. Prices are quoted in GBP sterling based on the exchange rates at the time of quotations.
Service
Do you book flights?
Usually clients are advised to book by themselves, however if you need assistance, we can offer our help. Just let us know. We can also book private helicopters or hot air-balloons.
Why should I travel with L’Aman? How are you different from other tour operators?
We have a great team of travel experts in every country who have been in almost every corner of the country along with a team of travel researchers who follow the dynamic changes in travel patterns of the country, new events, new destinations and we continuously try to differentiate ourselves through excellent service, unique tours and interesting stays. Although our Offices are in London, our experts and team are in countries we operate, alert to welcome you in the country through an interesting selection of itineraries. Our guides have usually many years of experience and they are highly trained to offer a memorable experience. Who looks after us during the trip?
Since you start your trip with us, our Tour Leader will be responsible for your journey along with the team of assistants. In addition, we will have a Travel Expert and contact line with us to contact about any query related to the trip. From “will it rain tomorrow?”, to “what is the best place to shop in this city?” We will try to answer any queries during your trip. We really want to ensure that you are enjoying the journey and we are meeting your expectations.
How do I earn L’Aman Points?
Do you refund the payment?
Unfortunately, we do not make any refunds and this is why we have a dedicated team to answer all your questions over the phone or email such that you have all the information before making the decision.
Post-Travel
After the trip, how can I send feedback?
We are keen to receive feedback from you and we have a dedicated contact for feedback only. We also encourage you to send us pictures, videos or impressions from your travel. Upon your return, we will send you a feedback form with questions to rate your trip. We further appreciate reviews in Trust Pilot and Google review page as a great way to share your travel experience.
